In order to enable our customers to accomplish the procurement of provisioning requirements, without the addition of personnel and costly overhead, Jutair Micro Sdn Bhd, can provide provisioning support proposing a “cost-plus strategy”. Our relationships and experience within the surplus marketplace enables us to provide for the timely delivery of equipment requirements, offering full procurement support and assuming full responsibility for quality assurance, certification, and traceability, and delivery at a determined percentage above the actual cost of equipment acquisition to Jutair Micro Sdn Bhd.
It has been our experience that major provisioning projects as well as purchasing equipment services as needs dictate, can benefit from a program of this nature. As customer requirements will be adjusted, expanded, or deleted, an option of outsource gives the customer the flexibility to contract for equipment, and/or services, on a “just-in-time” basis to make best use of financial, organizational, and human resources.
